What exactly is hat burning?

Hat burning, also called pyrography, is the art of using heated tools to create designs directly on a hat. You choose a design, trace it or freehand it, and turn a plain hat into a custom wearable piece. Very satisfying, very cool!

What age is the workshop suitable for?

Children are welcome to participate in our workshops. We leave it to the discretion of parents and caregivers to determine whether the workshop is suitable for their child's age, maturity level and ability to safely participate.
By booking a child into a workshop, the parent or caregiver accepts responsibility for assessing and managing any risks associated with participation. Due to the nature of some activities and tools used, all participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult for the duration of the workshop.
While our public workshops are generally designed with participants aged 16+ in mind, younger participants may attend provided they are appropriately supervised and capable of participating safely and respectfully.
