Refunds & Cancellations
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, products, and services provided by Eternity Creative Co PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
We may update this Policy occasionally. Any changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product or service has a failure—particularly in the case of a major failure.
Where this Policy conflicts with the ACL, the ACL will apply.

2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Forgetting to attend
-
Personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel delays, childcare issues)
-
Finding a cheaper similar service or product elsewhere
This applies to all workshops, events, DIY kits, gift vouchers, and all retail purchases.
3. Event & Workshop Bookings
Eternity Creative Co operates under the ACL category of “leisure activities scheduled for a specific date”, meaning we are not required to provide refunds if you cannot attend your booked session.
3.1 If you can no longer attend your session

All ticket sales are final.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for non-attendance or changes in circumstances.

You may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost.

It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to:

Find a replacement attendee

Notify us of their full details prior to the class

3.2 Rescheduling Requests
-
Rescheduling a booking (when possible) incurs a $10 non-negotiable fee per ticket.

For group bookings (6+ attendees), the reschedule fee remains $10 per attendee.

Approved reschedules are issued as a credit code to rebook another available session.
-
Credit codes cannot be converted into refunds under any circumstances.

All credit codes must be used before their expiry date.
3.3 No-shows & Late Changes

We are very strict on ‘no-shows’.

If you do not attend your session for any reason, we cannot:

Refund
-
Reschedule
-
Credit your booking
-
-
You cannot cancel or reschedule after the session has commenced.
4. Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the item.

Provide photos and proof of purchase.
-
Return the product (including its packaging) if requested.
Where appropriate under the ACL, we will:

Repair the item; or
-
Replace the item; or
-
Provide a refund.
5. When Refunds or Replacements May Be Refused
We may decline to offer a refund or replacement if:

The product was misused or mishandled
-
You were made aware of a fault prior to purchase

You requested a service or alteration against our advice

Any ACL exception applies
6. Return & Shipping Costs
If a product does not meet ACL consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.

For items that can be posted:
You may be asked to return them to us. Valid claims will be reimbursed for reasonable postage charges. -
For large or heavy items:
We will arrange collection if the claim is valid. -
If an item is assessed and found not to be faulty under the ACL, associated postage, inspection, or freight costs may be payable by the customer.
7. Processing Timeframes
We aim to review and process refund, repair, and replacement requests within 14 days of receiving all required information.
