Eternity Creative Co. – Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

By booking and/or using the Eternity Creative Co. Studio (“the Studio”), the Hirer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “ECC” / “We” / “Us” refers to Eternity Creative Co.

• “Hirer” / “You” refers to the individual booking and using the Studio.

• “Studio” refers to the Eternity Creative Co. studio and its facilities.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ECC.

• Full payment (or deposit if agreed in writing) must be received prior to access being granted.

• Bookings are not secured until payment is received.

• Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Hire Period

• The hire period includes setup, event time, and pack-down.

• Access outside the agreed hire time may incur additional fees.

• Early arrivals or late departures without prior approval are not permitted.

4. Security Bond

• A refundable security bond of $200 is required.

• The bond will be returned within 5 business days following inspection of the Studio, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of these Terms have occurred.

• ECC reserves the right to deduct costs for damage, cleaning, or loss from the bond.

5. Use of the Studio

The Studio may only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking.

The Hirer must:

• Treat the Studio, furniture, tools, and facilities with care

• Leave the space in the same condition as found

• Follow all safety instructions provided by ECC

The Hirer must not:

• Sub-hire or allow third parties to use the Studio without approval

• Use the Studio for illegal, unsafe, or offensive activities

• Make alterations, affix items to walls, or rearrange furniture without permission

6. Capacity & Supervision

• Maximum capacity limits must be adhered to at all times.

• The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour, safety, and supervision of all attendees.

• Children must be supervised at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cleaning & Rubbish

• The Studio must be left tidy, with rubbish removed or placed in designated bins.

• Excessive cleaning required after hire will be charged to the Hirer.

• Cleaning fees may be deducted from the security bond.

8. Damage & Loss

• The Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage occurring during the hire period.

• Any damage must be reported immediately to ECC.

• Costs for repair or replacement will be invoiced or deducted from the bond.

9. Insurance & Liability

• The Hirer uses the Studio at their own risk.

• ECC accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

• The Hirer agrees to indemnify ECC against any claims arising from their use of the Studio.

10. Health & Safety

• All electrical equipment, tools, and materials must be used safely and appropriately.

• No open flames, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment are permitted unless approved in writing.

• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

11. Cancellation & Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given.

• ECC reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

12. Noise & Neighbours

• Noise levels must be kept reasonable at all times.

• The Hirer must comply with any local noise regulations and respect neighbouring businesses.

13. Right of Refusal

ECC reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel a booking

• End a hire early if these Terms & Conditions are breached
  No refund will be provided in cases of serious breach.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

15. Acceptance

By booking the Studio, the Hirer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
