KIDS PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eternity Creative Co. | Effective August 2026
Thank you for choosing Eternity Creative Co. (ECC) to celebrate your child's special day!
We're all about creativity, good times and unforgettable memories. To ensure your celebration runs smoothly, please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Bookings & Payment
1.1. Full payment (100%) is required upfront to secure your preferred party date, time, location and selected package.
1.2. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received, the booking agreement has been accepted and written confirmation has been issued by ECC.
1.3. Dates and times cannot be reserved or held without full payment.
1.4. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
1.5. Any additional participants, upgrades or optional extras must be approved by ECC and paid for before the event.
1.6. The party organiser is responsible for ensuring all booking information provided is accurate.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, once a party is confirmed, ECC reserves your date, allocates staff and begins preparing materials for your celebration.
For customer-initiated change-of-mind cancellations, the following refund schedule applies, subject to applicable law:
21 days or more before the party
-
50% refund of the total booking amount.
7–20 days before the party
-
25% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before the party
-
No refund for change-of-mind cancellations.
2.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@eternitycc.com.
2.2. The cancellation date is the date ECC receives the written request.
2.3. The above refund percentages are proposed standard change-of-mind cancellation terms. Any amount retained must be lawful and reasonable in the circumstances and must not constitute an unfair penalty.
2.4. Where a greater refund or another remedy is required by Australian Consumer Law, that entitlement will apply regardless of the above schedule.
2.5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation, although the time taken to appear in the customer's account may depend on their payment provider.
3. Rescheduling & Date Changes
3.1. Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled party.
3.2. One date change may be permitted, subject to availability and ECC's written approval.
3.3. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.4. Additional reasonable charges may apply where ECC has incurred costs that cannot be recovered.
3.5. Rescheduled parties must take place within 3 months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.6. A new date is not confirmed until ECC has provided written confirmation.
4. Participant Numbers
4.1. A minimum of 8 paying children is required for all kids party packages.
4.2. The maximum number of participating children is 20 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party.
4.4. Additional children may be accommodated subject to staffing, available materials and venue capacity. Additional charges apply.
4.5. Reductions in participant numbers after confirmation do not automatically entitle the organiser to a refund. Any adjustment will take into account ECC's reasonable costs and commitments.
4.6. All participating children must be included in the confirmed participant numbers.

5.1. ECC provides guided creative activities and does not operate as a childcare or unsupervised drop-off service.

10.5. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Photography, Video & Social Media
11.1. ECC may offer photography and videography during kids parties to capture creative activities and celebrations.
11.2. Identifiable images or recordings of children will only be used for ECC promotional purposes where appropriate permission has been obtained from their parent or legal guardian.
11.3. Photography and media consent is optional and is not a condition of participation.
11.4. Each child's parent or legal guardian must complete the separate ECC Child Photography & Media Consent Form if they wish to provide promotional permissions.
11.5. The party organiser is responsible for distributing the consent form to attending families but cannot provide consent on their behalf.
